Immigrantset does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross context behavioural advertising. We have no advertising partners, data brokers or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of on this Site.
Your rights
Under privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other US states, you have the right to:
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- know what personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information;
- not be discriminated against for using these rights.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.
Make a request
To make a privacy request, or to confirm your opt out in writing, use our contact page and choose "Privacy request". Tell us which right you want to use. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
